Open for everyone, from starters to published professionals.

Join the local Longmont writers' group at the library, where writers of all experience levels come together and share their literary journeys. Whether you're working on fiction, poetry, memoir, or something entirely your own, you'll find a friendly community dedicated to the craft of writing.

We meet every Monday* from 6pm to 7:30pm on the second floor in the Unquiet Study Room, next to the water fountains. Come join us!

What the group is for:

We are here to encourage and support writers at every stage of their journey. Every week a fellow member hosts a presentation pertaining to the writing craft.

What the group is not for:

While members are welcome to share their work, our focus is on discussion, and the exchange of ideas or advice rather than detailed feedback or manuscript evaluation. We aim to foster a supportive environment where writers can connect.
